Full Length Benelli M4 Carbon Fiber Magazine

The Briley M4 Carbon Fiber Magazine replaces the factory 5+1 round magazine on Benelli M4 and M1014 Shotguns to allow 7+1 capacity.  

The Briley M4 Carbon Fiber Magazine is made from twill weave carbon fiber with 17-4 stainless end caps, which offers a lightweight and durable alternative to traditional metal magazine tubes. The carbon fiber construction provides strength and rigidity while reducing overall weight.

The Briley M4 Carbon Fiber Magazine is a direct replacement for the factory magazine. Fitting will require the removal of the original magazine. Magazines are screwed into the receiver using thread locker which will require heat to breakdown. This should be done by an experienced gunsmith to avoid damage to both parts and finish. The factory magazine cap and spring retainer are re-used to retain the magazine spring and the barrel. The Briley M4 One Shot Extension may also be used to increase magazine capacity to 8+1.

A longer spring is not required as the factory spring will normally ensure reliable function. The magazine is supplied with a stainless steel follower that is thinner on the face to allow for more room in the magazine. Insertion of the last cartridge in the magazine can require a little more pressure, but the clearance ahead of the latch is adequate and the shotgun will function reliably.

PLEASE NOTE: The Magazine must be securely held in the receiver with 271 Loctite or equivalent thread locking compound. The magazine retains the barrel into the gun; if the magazine backs out of the gun under firing it will cause malfunctions and damage to the receiver.

PLEASE NOTE: If you are using a Midwest Industries Handguard DO NOT tighten the gold set screws on the bottom of the handguard as it may crack the carbon fiber magazine.

PLEASE NOTE: The Briley M4 Carbon Replacement is specifically designed to fit the Benelli M4 shotgun. "Clone" M4s produced by other manufacturers may be compatible, but fit on these models is not guaranteed.
